At TechMag, our goal is to: "Provide the best products and un-matched service" to our customers. Our advanced technology and expertise in bonded high performance NdFeB material, magnetizing and their application to motor development, contributes to the success of our customers.
TechMag′s experienced manufacturing capability allows us to produce magnets in a wide range of shapes, such as; Rings, flats, and arches. Sizes range from few millimeters to over 100 millimeter.
With our proprietary magnetizing technique, we can magnetize various types of magnet materials with wide ranging configurations.
Our in-house tooling, manufacturing, magnetizing and motor design capability provides our customers with timely response and service. With presses from 3-ton to 300-ton, we guarantee our customers dependable production.
We have the ability to surface treat our products with traditional E-coating, high efficient spread coating and the most advanced Parylene Coating, allowing our products to operate in a wide range of environments.
